Standard single layer spunbond fabric offers zero fluid resistance. Our Tri-layer SMS is engineered as a 4-layer SMMS composite. The heavyweight SMS fabric (25gsm+) blocks microorganisms and repels fluids, creating a reliable barrier against fluid exposure in low-to-moderate fluid settings.

Ultrasonic Seams: Superior Seal Technology

Zero Fluid Wicking

Durability is key. We use Ultrasonic Welding Technology instead of thread. This ensures the type of seal for sleeves is impervious to fluids, unlike stitched seams that wick contaminants. Additionally, our breathable SMS non-woven fabric prevents heat buildup compared to Polyethylene coating gowns.
